About

I knew from a young age that I wanted to be in a career helping others to become brave enough to be themselves. I was lucky enough to have a compassionate and caring mother who provided me with a model of what it means to give to others and in return experiencing joy, the greatest gift of giving. I have over 30 years of experience in the mental health field including residential, inpatient and outpatient behavioral health and private practice. I work with individuals, couples and families providing a safe, non-judgmental and compassionate environment.
