About

I knew from a young age that I wanted a career centered around helping others find the courage to become more fully themselves. I was fortunate to have a compassionate and caring mother who modeled for me the importance of giving to others—and, in doing so, taught me one of life’s greatest lessons: that there is profound joy in helping others. For more than 30 years, I have worked in the mental health field across residential, inpatient, outpatient, and private practice settings. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges, relationships, transitions, and personal growth. My approach is grounded in creating a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment where people feel heard, understood, and accepted. I believe that meaningful change begins when we feel safe enough to be honest with ourselves and brave enough to explore who we truly are. My goal is not to tell you who you should be, but to help you discover and embrace the person you already are—and to develop the confidence, insight, and courage to live authentically.
